We are seeking a construction project manager for two high-end projects in Kuta, Lombok: a pool club and wellness center, and a 21-villa development with the possibility of an in-house contract for these two projects and for the coming ones. Key Responsibilities: - Project planning and scheduling - On-site supervision - Budget and cost control The pool club and wellness center is currently in the construction phase. The project manager will ensure the project adheres to local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Ideal Skills and Experience: - +5 years proven experience in managing luxury construction projects - Villa / hotel / hospitality projects - Strong knowledge of MEP - Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills - Ability to supervise on-site activities effectively - Strong leadership and communication skills Please provide a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
