2D Digital PVP Strategy Board Game

I am looking for a developer to help me create an exciting 2D Digital PVP Turn-Based Strategy Board Game prototype with Construct 3, similar to chess but the pieces are different fantasy characters.
The objective of the game is simple: eliminate all of the opponent's characters. You begin the match choosing your combatants/characters and then the first player to lose all characters loses the match.
Although at some point I want to make this an online PVP game, with story mode (levels with AI enemies), microtransactions (buy currency, skins. etc), achievements, quests, different game modes and more, at the moment I'm only looking for someone to help me set up a prototype of the game. So that would be creating about 20 characters, a local PVP mode (with the foundations for online matchmaking) and 5 levels to test AI.
This prototype will have simple graphics, basic art, sprites, and animations which I would then polish and tweak further (variables too, for example, a characters stats).
I know the basics of Constructs but simply don't have the time to find the best way to program all of the mechanics (let alone PVP and microtransaciton infrastructure). So for this project, I am looking for someone who has a good experience and passion in developing games (preferrably with a background in PVP strategy games) that can help me create the 'skeleton' of the game.
I already have a very detailed blueprint of the Project, I just need someone to help me execute the initial setup and infrastructure. The game is intended to be playable in both mobile and desktop. How much would you charge for this?
