I've worked on a very similar project just lately, ll provide with you with a nice implementation, involving dividing the image into parts, estimating each dividable objects, and then computing the total, this would give a better result than using on-shot approach, happy to discuss more with you!

Hi We can customize with gemini 3.1 pro as it works better with image handling or if there is a solution for object detection we can go with yolov8 and can do price detection based on the product we got. Thanks
