Offline Windows PC Executable for Facial Audience Measurement + HTML Dashboard (Code Included Already)

Project Description: I’m looking for an experienced developer to integrate an existing **audience measurement / facial analysis engine** into a **Windows PC executable (.exe)** that runs **entirely locally (offline)**. The engine already exists and is documented here. And I have the .zip source code for you to use.
