Choose one large organization. Pretend that you are an ITIL consultant hired by the organization to create an IT Services plan. Develop a report of 2500 or more words in which you 1) briefly describe the organization you have chosen and 2) complete the following:
[login to view URL] an IT service (you can choose whatever IT service you like) using learning objectives 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and 1e.
[login to view URL] an IT Service Strategy using learning objectives 2a, 2b, and 2c.
[login to view URL] an IT Service Transition Plan using learning objectives 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d.
[login to view URL] a brief IT Service Operation Guide using learning objectives 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, and 4e.
[login to view URL] a CSI Plan using learning objectives 5a, 5b, and 5c.
Organize the project according to the above 1-5 steps.
The KEY guiding principle to help you craft a solid plan is to make sure you understand and explain WHY each step is important and WHY your recommendations for each step will work to help the organization.
