We are looking for a senior fintech infrastructure consultant or partner with direct provider-side relationships and proven onboarding experience with regulated BaaS, EMI, payment, FX, card issuing, and crypto on/off-ramp infrastructure providers. This is not a software development role. This is not an API integration role. This is not a generic fintech advisory role. This is not provider research or cold outreach. We already have a strong internal technical and operational team for platform development, API integration, compliance workflows, dashboards, onboarding flows, transaction monitoring implementation, and operational tooling. Our only priority for this role is to find someone who can help us move quickly with real regulated infrastructure providers through warm introductions, decision-maker access, application support, commercial discussions, approval support, agreement support, and onboarding execution. Target Providers We are specifically interested in people who have direct experience, contacts, or existing onboarding paths with providers Or similar BaaS / EMI / payment / FX / card issuing / crypto infrastructure providers Please do not apply if you only have general knowledge of these providers but no direct relationship, previous onboarding involvement, or real provider-side access. Platform Requirements We are building a full white-label / licensed-partner financial platform for low-risk personal and business customers across Europe and selected GCC markets. The required infrastructure includes: Multi-currency accounts Named / dedicated IBANs under the end-client’s name where available European IBANs SEPA / SEPA Instant Strong European banking connectivity, especially France and Belgium Third-party incoming payments where compliant and supported Fast fiat settlement FX conversion Business account support Virtual and physical multi-currency debit cards Apple Pay / Google Pay support where available KYC/KYB onboarding Transaction monitoring Compliance workflow alignment Reporting and dashboard support Invoice and bill payment flows Fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat infrastructure only through suitable regulated/licensed partners Support for legitimate high-volume business customers where provider risk appetite allows What We Need You To Do Your role should include: Identifying providers that genuinely fit the model Using existing provider relationships or warm onboarding routes Helping secure decision-maker / evaluation calls Preparing or improving provider-facing application materials Supporting business model positioning Structuring flow-of-funds explanations Supporting compliance/risk narrative Helping with commercial discussions Supporting application submission through the right channels Following up with providers until serious evaluation, terms, approval, agreement, or onboarding progress Helping us secure 2–3 suitable infrastructure providers as quickly as realistically possible The expected outcome is not a provider list. The expected outcome is real progress toward provider engagement, application, approval, signed agreement, and infrastructure access.
