US Mortgage Processor Needed

I’m looking for a seasoned US mortgage loan processor in India or the Philippines who can own a file from initial submission right through to funding. You’ll be working on a per-funded-file basis, so the smoother and faster you can move each loan across the finish line, the more you’ll earn. Day to day you will handle a pipeline made up largely of Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. All processing happens inside Arive, so you must be fully comfortable in that LOS; familiarity with Encompass, Mortgage Builder, or Calyx Point is certainly welcome, but you’ll live in Arive for this role. Strong written and spoken English is essential because you’ll be communicating with US borrowers, underwriters, and title companies during US business hours. What I expect from you • Work every file independently—order verifications, clear conditions, coordinate with underwriting, and schedule closing—until the wire is sent. • Keep me and the borrower updated in real time inside Arive and via email/phone. • Deliver clean, fully documented loan packages that pass compliance without re-touches.
