I am building a youth-focused support service that will operate across mentoring, outreach, and disability/community programs in Australia. To move the venture forward I now need a complete suite of policy documents drafted from scratch, built around current Child Safe Standards and NDIS Practice Standards. Your brief centres on three core policy streams: • Child protection and safeguarding – a full policy and procedure set that satisfies the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, reflecting mandatory reporting, risk management, complaint handling, and staff code of conduct requirements. • NDIS-aligned documentation – governance, service delivery, incident management, restrictive practices, feedback & complaints, and participant rights policies that meet audit expectations under the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Framework. • Staff onboarding – an induction manual that covers WHS, code of conduct, role descriptions, training matrix, and record-keeping templates ready for day-one use. Each document must include: purpose, scope, legislative references, step-by-step procedures, forms/templates, version control, and an implementation guide so my team can roll them out confidently. I value consultants who have previously prepared tender-ready packs for Australian community service providers, understand ISO/HSQF language, and can translate complex compliance obligations into practical, readable guidance.
