Pre-employment check [Bangui-Central Africa]

I am looking for a freelancer who can conduct a pre-employment check in Bangui, Central Africa. The specific area that I want to be checked is the employment history of the candidate. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting background checks and should be familiar with the laws and regulations in Bangui.

Additional background checks such as credit history, reference checks and social media screening are not required for this project.
