To reinforce those conversations, you’ll craft and send concise follow-up emails that keep the prospect engaged until the appointment date. I’ll provide my preferred script framework, a calendar link, and access to our CRM so every lead is logged and tracked. You should already be fluent with typical dialer/VOIP tools, email automation platforms, and have clear, friendly phone etiquette. If you can demonstrate solid conversion ratios from similar projects—even better. Deliverables each week: • A report of all calls made (attempts, contacts, outcomes) • Qualified residential sellers with full contact info and notes in the CRM • Confirmed appointments placed directly on my calendar Cold calling and email are non-negotiable; if you also have social media outreach skills I’m open to adding them once the core pipeline is flowing.
