1: We have custom 'pop-up' alerts for Leads, Contacts and Accounts. For some reason alerts are no longer working for Leads, though no settings have been changed. We need to get this feature back up and running.

2: A workflow contains two triggers, each with custom coding. The workflow started throwing an error two weeks ago, and I'm unable to resolve because I don't know APEX.
