The task requires two processes:
1) Locate a record on a pdf document
2) Check our online system for a) Record exists b) Duplicates c) Incomplete record
3)I f it does not exist: Create the record in the online system using the pdf data
4) If incomplete: Download excel sheet from online system, add missing details from pdf, upload excel sheet and Check result on the online system.
The easy part is the data capture, more difficult is to ensure no duplicates and completeness of records.
