I can manufacture these immediately but it will be 7-10 days for shipping to your country im based in the UK. I own a machine shop based in guildford surrey. My experience is particularly suited to this role because I understand the complete design-to-manufacturing process. I have worked extensively with CNC machining, assemblies, tooling, work holding, tolerancing, DFM and production engineering, giving me a practical understanding of what makes a CAD model genuinely manufacturable. I am highly experienced with professional parametric CAD/CAM platforms including SolidWorks, Siemens NX and Fusion 360, as well as Edgecam and hyperMILL. Although FreeCAD has not been my primary CAD platform, I have extensive experience transferring between CAD systems and can quickly adapt to comparable parametric workflows. A major advantage I bring is real-world manufacturing experience. I have spent years not only designing and programming parts, but actually machining them.
