I run a shop with a Flow waterjet and I’m looking for someone who can take my DXF / CAD files and turn them into ready-to-run programs in FlowPath and FlowCut. Everything we process is metal in structural steel:ASTM A572 Grade 50 / ASTM A 36/AISI 304/AISI 304 L the 1 – 5 mm range, so feed rates, pierce strategies and taper control all need to reflect that thickness. Program waterjet cutting machines using appropriate CAD/CAM software Set up and operate waterjet equipment for various materials Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines Monitor production processes and adjust settings as required Maintain a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
