I need turnkey CNC turning programs for ASME B16.11 couplings, sizes ½" through 2", ready to run on my LMW LX20T-L5 two-axis lathe. Stock will be A105N forged bar, so please base all cutting data on that carbon-steel grade. The code must: • Follow the dimensional envelope and standard tolerances called out in B16.11, including all chamfers, threads and surface-finish notes. • Use FANUC-compatible G/M syntax, with clear headers for spindle speed, feed, coolant, tool offsets and any sub-calls. • Be supplied as one file per size, accompanied by a concise PDF setup sheet listing tool numbers, inserts, stick-outs and an estimated cycle time. Before sending, back-plot or simulate the programs (NC Viewer, Vericut or similar) to confirm clearance in a 3-jaw chuck and eliminate rapids-to-stock collisions. I will dry-run each file, then cut test pieces; acceptance is met when every size gauges correctly to B16.11 without hand re-work. Provide the G-code files and setup sheets, and I can load them straight into the machine.
