Hi — Elias here from Miami. I see you're looking to build a scalable browser automation system. The goal is to streamline your processes and enhance data collection, which is crucial for efficiency. What usually matters most here is ensuring the system can handle varying loads while maintaining performance. A common issue in systems like this is managing state across distributed components, especially when scaling up. The tricky part is usually the integration of different tools and frameworks while ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance. My approach would involve designing a modular architecture that allows for efficient updates and scalability. This would include leveraging cloud services to manage workloads dynamically and implementing robust error handling to maintain system stability. I’ve developed similar systems focusing on test automation and data scraping, which has equipped me to foresee potential pitfalls early on. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – What specific user roles and permissions do you envision for this system? Q2 – Are there any particular integrations with existing platforms you require? Q3 – What are your expectations regarding scaling and future feature expansions? Happy to go through the details and suggest the best technical approach. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello!, I am a Florida-based senior software engineer(frontend, backend, ecommerce, etc) and I read your project description carefully. I understand you need a scalable browser automation system built with real browser handling, Python/JavaScript, Selenium, cloud support, and a structure that can grow cleanly instead of turning into a fragile script. I’ve spent about 15 years building automation, scraping, test systems, and distributed backend tools, so this is right in my wheelhouse. My focus would be to make it stable, maintainable, and easy to extend. My approach: 1. Review your exact automation flow and target sites 2. Design a clean worker architecture for scale 3. Build resilient automation with retries, session handling, and logging 4. Add cloud-ready deployment and testing so it runs reliably Could you please clarify the following questions to help me better understand the project? 1. What is the main automation goal, scraping, testing, account actions, or a mix? 2. Do you need this to run on one machine first, or directly in a cloud/distributed setup? 3. Are there specific sites, login flows, proxies, or anti-bot constraints I should account for? I’ve built similar automation and data tools for internal ops dashboards, lead collection systems, QA automation, and workflow bots for small SaaS and e-commerce teams. I’m the kind of person who notices details early, which usually saves time later.

I’ve built distributed browser‑automation systems using Playwright, Puppeteer, and Selenium, running on Browserbase‑style remote browsers, mobile‑device emulators, and rotating residential/mobile proxies with full fingerprint control. I design infrastructures that simulate human‑like behavior, avoid anti‑bot traps, and scale horizontally across workers. I can deliver a clean architecture, stable sessions, proxy rotation, realistic interaction models, and distributed workload orchestration. I work independently and can start quickly. Similar projects: High‑volume scraping/QA systems, mobile‑emulated automation pipelines, Browserbase‑powered session farms, and proxy‑rotated data‑collection clusters. Tech stack I’d use: Playwright + Browserbase (or similar), mobile‑emulator providers, residential/mobile proxy networks, TypeScript/Python, distributed job runners, and cloud deployment. Availability: 30–40 hrs/week Hourly rate: $30/hr GitHub/portfolio: Available on request. Quick confirmations: Should I prioritize Browserbase integration or proxy rotation + fingerprinting first?

Hi, I can design a scalable browser automation platform for authorised QA, workflow testing, and collection from sources that explicitly permit automation. I cannot assist with bypassing anti-bot controls, CAPTCHA systems, account restrictions, or deceptive fingerprint manipulation. My preferred stack is TypeScript, Playwright, Browserbase-compatible session orchestration, Redis-backed queues, PostgreSQL for job and audit metadata, Docker, and cloud workers with autoscaling. The architecture would separate scheduling, browser sessions, workflow definitions, credentials, proxy configuration, retries, observability, and result storage. I would implement configurable workflows, deterministic state handling, concurrency controls, rate limits, session recording, structured logs, idempotent retries, failure screenshots, and per-domain policy settings. Proxies and cloud devices would be used only where authorised, with secure secret management and clear provenance. Automated tests and monitoring would cover worker recovery, browser crashes, queue failures, and scaling behavior. Relevant examples can be shared privately where client permissions allow. Question 1: Which websites and workflows will be automated, and do you have documented permission or API terms allowing it? Question 2: What workload volume, concurrency, session duration, and output format must the platform support? Regards, Houssame

Hello, this is the kind of browser automation work I’m comfortable with, especially where reliability and scale matter more than just scripting a few flows. Your requirements around real browser sessions, rotating proxies, cloud phone/emulator support, and distributed execution are all areas I can help structure properly from the start. I’d likely build this with Playwright or Puppeteer, a clean orchestration layer, and strong session/proxy management so it remains configurable and scalable. I’m available about 30-35 hours weekly and can begin soon.

For a distributed browser automation system like this, I’d separate session orchestration, proxy/fingerprint configuration, task queues, and execution workers from day one so Browserbase sessions can scale without turning the platform into one tightly coupled service. I’d use TypeScript with Playwright, Browserbase for managed real-browser sessions, Redis/BullMQ for workload queues, PostgreSQL for configuration and run history, and containerized workers on AWS/GCP. Residential/mobile proxy assignment would be handled per session with configurable rotation rules, while retries, session state, concurrency limits, logs, screenshots, and failure recovery would be built into the orchestration layer. My priorities would be scalability and maintainability, so additional browser providers or cloud-phone integrations can be added without rewriting the core system, keeping operational overhead lower as volume grows. I handle architecture, backend development, integrations, deployment, monitoring, and technical ownership independently. A relevant project is Kingmovers, where we integrated RingCentral, CallRail, SmartMoving CRM, webhooks, WebSockets, user synchronization, notifications, and multi-role analytics, including technologies that required our team to adapt quickly during implementation. The hardest part of this job is scaling browser automation across distributed workloads, making it reliable and configurable so it runs real user browsing behavior. I would build this system using Python and Playwright, running sessions within Docker containers orchestrated by Kubernetes. I’d use Browserbase for real browser sessions, also setting up integrations with cloud providers like Twilio for phone verification and integrating rotating residential proxies through a service like Smartproxy. The system will manage session state and cookies to simulate realistic user journeys, so a user’s actions in one session inform subsequent actions in another. The failure this job is most likely to hit is inconsistent proxy performance leading to blocked sessions, and I would prevent that by monitoring proxy uptime and switching automatically to an active proxy pool when a failure is detected. How do you envision handling state persistence between separate browser sessions when a user might start on one IP and continue on another? I need the approximate number of concurrent browser sessions you expect to run for the initial deployment. Once I have that, I will send you the proposed architecture diagram and a breakdown of the technology stack for this scalable browser automation system. 8 reviews on here, everything delivered on time and on the agreed price so far, plus Preferred Freelancer status.

Built a distributed Puppeteer/Playwright system on Browserbase last year handling 5M+ sessions, so this is right in my wheelhouse. I’ll spin up a Playwright cluster with Browserbase sessions, integrate with AWS Device Farm for mobile emulation, route traffic via Luminati residential proxies with 5s rotation, and simulate human behavior with randomized mouse movements and type delays. The platform will run on ECS Fargate with auto-scaling by session queue depth, logging all fingerprints and proxy leases to CloudWatch for reproducibility. I can start immediately. Thanks, Andrii

Building a reliable, configurable browser automation platform is exactly the kind of engineering work suited for long-term contract execution. I’ll design the system around real browser sessions (e.g., Playwright) with a Browserbase-like infrastructure layer for stability and scale, and implement a proxy management module that handles rotating residential/mobile pools, rotation strategy, and session continuity. The automation core will simulate realistic browsing behavior (navigation flows, timing, viewport consistency, and interaction patterns) while providing configurable fingerprints/headers and anti-bot resilience. For distributed workloads, I’ll implement a queue-driven architecture with idempotent workers, workload sharding, and monitoring hooks so jobs can scale horizontally across cloud phone/emulator providers when needed. The outcome is a robust platform with clear configuration boundaries, observability, and safe concurrency for long-running operations.
