Three things in this spec decide the data model, so I will be direct about them. 1) Jewellery stock is not unit stock. Every item has to be held in grams at a purity, and every movement needs a fine-weight (24k-equivalent) figure stored alongside it. Without that, 22k and 18k stock cannot be reconciled and your closing stock will never tie to the weight reports. 2) The Girvi module is a lending ledger, not a form. Interest has to accrue by date, part-payments must re-base the principal, and every settlement needs an immutable audit row. 3) Sending the invoice on WhatsApp needs the WhatsApp Business API with pre-approved templates. It is a paid, per-message recurring cost in your name, not something the app can just send. Phase 1, which this bid covers: billing/POS with the full weight-purity-rate-making calculation, customer and supplier ledgers, weight-based inventory, and the multi-shop base with per-shop data isolation enforced at the query layer. Weights down to the milligram, making charges per gram or fixed, old gold exchange adjusted in the same bill, HUID tracking per piece and GST calculated right on all of it. If any of that is off by a little, shop owners stop trusting the software fast. I'd keep the familiar flow jewellers already know so staff can start billing on day one without training, just faster and cleaner, working on phone, tablet and PC.
