Claude Code Developer for AI-Assisted Development

We need an experienced developer who can use Claude Code effectively in real production workflows. This isn't about asking AI to write random code - it's about using Claude Code deliberately with GitHub, terminal tools, and IDEs to ship production-ready features. You'll work with our team to implement features, debug issues, and accelerate delivery across active projects. We need someone who can translate ClickUp tasks into execution plans and turn those into shipped work. Requirements: • Proven Claude Code experience on actual projects (must provide examples) • Strong GitHub workflow skills (branching, commits, PRs) • HTML and JavaScript proficiency • VS Code or Cursor IDE experience • Terminal/CLI comfort • Experience with Slack and ClickUp • Strong AI judgment - knowing when Claude Code helps vs when to code manually • Ability to work Australian timezone hours • Professional remote setup with dual monitors and fast internet • Minimum 60 WPM typing speed Bonus Skills: • HighLevel/GoHighLevel experience • Replit or other AI build tools • Cursor workflow optimization • Client-facing delivery experience Deliverables: • Clean, production-ready code implementations • Clear progress updates and documentation • Debugged and tested features ready for handoff • Documented Claude Code workflows for team use This is part-time work (15-25 hours/week) with flexible scheduling but requires overlap with Australian business hours. You'll work async via Slack and ClickUp with weekly video check-ins. We're looking for high-agency developers who take initiative and solve problems proactively without waiting for perfect conditions.
