Swimming Pool in grounding

Need a Texas structural engineer to create and stamp structural plan for in-ground concrete pool.

The pool is 15’ x 25’ (4ft shallow end, 6’ deep). There is one tanning shelf and one exit bench in the deep end. I need to know what type of soil supports the structure as well
