I do have experience in handling Civil, Electrical and Mechanical work as a part of accounting and estimation team for contractor working on NTPC, L&T and Bridge N Roof project along with railway projects all across India. As per your shared BOQ you have consolidated work tender where electrical, civil and mechanical work scope is there, but i think you just want to work on civil part. Please share exactly which place your work is going to be executed as you know rates drastically change as per the place as labors and materials cost totally depend upon the availability of both. Example: Labor rate in jharkhand, bihar and west bengal rural areas is very much adaptable. Also if your site is near to stone mines pr sand mines the rate for your items required for labor work will go down due to distance factor and direct contact with the stone mines. These are just glimpse of rate change fluctuation which we could work upon once i will be awarded the project. Looking forward to hear from you.
