I’m building a pool of trusted subcontract Groundworkers and experienced 360-degree excavator operators to slot straight into a busy pipeline of housing, civil and infrastructure schemes starting soon. Work locations and start dates change from site to site, so I’m looking for professionals who are happy to move between projects that may run anywhere from a few weeks to well over six months. The area of work would be predominantly Bristol and the South west we’d be looking for candidates You’ll need to arrive with the core competencies listed below, along with the usual cards/tickets and up-to-date site paperwork: • Operating heavy machinery (360 tracked & forward tipping dumper) • Excavation and trenching to spec and level • Proven commitment to site safety and toolbox-talk protocols • drainage and footings • All aspects of finishing works If you have your own transport and PPE, keep solid daily records, and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision, let’s talk.
