Enrico Boulevard Building - Sacramento, CA

We are building a small assisted living facility in Sacramento, CA. and need a structural engineer to complete the necessary calculations to ensure the plans meet all structural related code requirements for Sacramento County, CA. I have attached two files, which shows the property's elevations and floor plans. The building will be constructed on a slab concrete foundation, 3/8 inch plywood 'OSB' will be used with a stucco exterior. Please let me know what additional information you will need to assess whether this project is something that can be completed. Thank you.
