Hi, Multi-layer PCB layout from your schematic — mixed power supply with MOVs, relays and SMD passives is exactly the kind of board I lay out in KiCad. For a board with this component mix my approach: — Clear power/signal layer separation — mains-side (MOV, relay contacts) isolated from low-voltage logic by physical keepout zones and solid ground pours — IEC 60950 creepage/clearance enforced at MOV and relay contact pads — typically 3–6mm depending on working voltage — Relay coil flyback diode placed immediately adjacent to coil pins, not across the board — MOV placed close to input connector, trace from MOV to GND kept short and wide — DFM: min annular ring, min trace/space per fab spec, all SMD pads verified against IPC-7351 — 3D STEP export from KiCad for enclosure check Deliverables: KiCad source + Gerbers + drill files + BOM with footprints and supplier links + 3D STEP. One question: what is the mains input voltage (230V AC, 110V AC, or DC only)? That determines the creepage distances I apply to the MOV and relay areas.
