Hi, This is exactly the kind of industrial design work I handle. My approach: - ESP32 update: I’ll migrate to a more stable and available module (like ESP32-S3-WROOM-1) and optimize power, decoupling, and RF layout for reliability. - RFID under display: I’ll design a tuned PCB antenna with proper ground clearance and shielding strategy to maintain ~2.5 cm range while fitting your height constraints. - WiFi + RFID coexistence: Careful antenna placement, ground partitioning, filtering, and frequency isolation to minimize interference. - 12–24V power: Industrial-grade input stage (TVS, reverse polarity, LC filtering) + efficient buck regulation for clean, stable rails. - Optocoupler issue: I’ll redesign the input with proper filtering (RC + hysteresis / Schmitt trigger) and noise immunity to eliminate false triggering. I’ll follow your workflow (placement first, then routing) and deliver a clean, production-ready EasyEDA design with full documentation. Happy to start immediately ?

Hi, I have hands-on experience designing industrial IoT PCBs with ESP32, noisy power environments, and mixed-signal layouts, and I can deliver a compact, reliable EasyEDA design within your timeline. Approach for ESP32 update: I’ll review your current schematic and replace/update the ESP32 module (e.g., optimized WROOM variant if needed), ensuring correct power sequencing, decoupling, RF grounding, and antenna clearance. I’ll also verify boot strapping pins and improve reliability for long-term operation. RFID integration under display: I’ll use a compact PCB antenna or matched external coil depending on your current design, ensuring proper isolation from ground planes and metal/display interference. Placement and tuning will be done to achieve your ~2.5 cm read range while respecting the 4 mm height constraint. WiFi + RFID coexistence: I’ll separate RF zones in layout, use controlled grounding, shielding where needed, and filtering on supply lines. Careful placement and frequency-domain isolation will minimize interference between ESP32 WiFi and RFID operation. 12–24V industrial power design: I’ll design a robust front-end with reverse polarity protection, TVS diode, LC filtering, and a high-efficiency buck regulator with proper decoupling and layout for noise immunity and stable output under spikes and variation.
