I need a straightforward hardware-only design for a circular PCB that carries five tight clusters of two LEDs each. The LEDs, their forward voltage, and every mechanical detail—including the exact inner and outer diameters—are already fixed in the drawing you will receive, along with the Digi-Key part number. All anodes share one rail, all cathodes share the opposite rail, and every LED must have its own calculated series resistor so the current stays within the limits stated in the datasheet. No logic, microcontroller, or programming is involved. The LEDs must sit side-by-side in their pairs so the light appears clustered, then those five pairs are spaced around the ring exactly as shown on the mechanical. Please keep the layout clean, manufacturable, and symmetric so each LED sees the same impedance path. Deliverables • Production-ready Gerber and drill files • Pick-and-place / centroid data and simple assembly drawing • Complete BOM (Digi-Key SKUs) with resistor values shown • Native design files (KiCad or Altium—either is fine) I will sign off once the Gerbers align with the drawing and the BOM reflects the specified LED.
