Corporate Event Videography

I’m looking for a solo videographer in Grand Rapids for a two-day team-building conference shoot. March 10-11 I typically would film this myself (it’s a close friend’s company), but I have a family commitment that week and am looking to build a local relationship for this project and potentially future ones. Details: • Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM • Wednesday: Approximately 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM • One-camera, run-and-gun coverage • Event b-roll capturing the flow of the day • Casual, on-the-fly interviews with team members • No major lighting setup expected (location TBD) The goal is to capture the culture — a close-knit company that prioritizes family and quality — and create marketing content from the footage. For now, I’m looking for: A quote for both days delivering raw footage (Google Drive upload is fine) The camera setup you would plan to use An additional quote for editing 3–4 short marketing videos (1–2 week turnaround is fine) If this sounds like a fit, I’d love to connect.
