Cinematic YouTube Editor Needed

I run an entertainment-focused YouTube channel and I’m looking for a video editor who can give each upload a slow, cinematic feel. Pacing is crucial: lingering shots, thoughtful cuts, and breathing room between scenes are what keep my audience immersed, so please be comfortable crafting that atmosphere. For transitions I rely almost exclusively on fade-in/out and crossfade moves; those will need to be woven in naturally throughout every video. If you have a signature touch with gentle color work or subtle motion graphics, feel free to propose how that could elevate the final product, but the core look should remain clean and storytelling-driven. Typical projects range from 8-12 minutes of raw footage and require: • A polished final edit in 1080p or 4K (depending on source footage) • Sound balanced and lightly sweetened to match the cinematic tone • Two rounds of minor revisions delivered promptly I share footage via Google Drive and prefer receiving the finished piece in Premiere-compatible formats, though DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut are fine if you can export a high-quality .mov or .mp4.
