Cameraman & Cinematic Editor Needed

I’m producing a new piece and need one person who can own the whole flow—from camera to final cut. You will be on-site handling the filming, taking the lead on basic directing decisions, and setting up lighting so every shot lands with the proper mood. After the shoot I’ll hand over creative control of post-production. I’m aiming for a polished, cinematic finish: thoughtful pacing, striking color grade, tasteful sound design, and seamless transitions that feel film-worthy rather than corporate. We will lock in shoot dates together and map out a concise shot list in advance to keep the day efficient. Once filming wraps, I expect an initial rough cut for feedback, followed by a fully graded, mixed, and titled master file in 4K (plus socials-ready downsizes). I am currently writing a script for a short film and this will be shot near ghaziabad and will go live on a YouTube channel. This is my first time acting and i need help in this. With minimal amount of money, i need you to let me know the complete package. Travelling to location food etc will not be provided. It should include day time shoot. Could be completed in a day or two.
