What I expect from you • A full bill of materials with suggested suppliers and concentration ranges • Step-by-step lab procedure, including mixing order, shear requirements, pH control and curing profile • Key performance targets to validate adhesion, hardness, chemical resistance and shelf stability, plus the simple test methods you recommend • Troubleshooting tips and scale-up guidance so the formula can move from bench to pilot with minimal reformulation If you have experience tailoring binders, dispersants, wetting agents or crosslinkers for plastics, please highlight that in your proposal and share any relevant success stories or data packages. I will provide further details on target substrates, appearance requirements and any additives already on hand once the project starts.
