Filling CRM with the help of auto ChatGPT for business registers

In this project, I need a freelancer to help me fill my CRM system with the help of auto ChatGPT (KI based). My current CRM system is my own SQL DB. I am open to any suggestions for the set of business registers I should target. The main goal of using auto ChatGPT for my CRM is to automate data entry.
We have a business register with over 600,000 different [login to view URL] companies are older, no longer exist or new ones are no longer in it.
The data of the companies must be processed and new companies must be added thanks to Auto-ChatGPT.
