I am looking to create an interactive voice response (IVR) bot that can handle incoming telephone calls and provide customer assistance. The technology required for this project is audio-based. Ideally it can onboard as many phone number as possible, not limit to one number. Use twilio API or other similar APIs is one option. For now the response can be some test audio file. We can go from there.
