Remove my personal info from website/app

Hello. I'm an Independent Contractor. I do many gig jobs on the side. About 2 years ago, I was working at once of my gigs and got a flat tire, causing me to become unable to deliver to the customer in time. I issued a refund and notified The company, as well as the customer. The next day after everything was fixed, I received a message from the company suspending my duties for them. I believed it was unfair because I did everything properly. They wouldn't give me back my access to the site no matter what. Well, I recently signed up for them again. My application was declined because my information is stored in their database somehow still. I'm looking to find someone who is familiar with situations like this who can successfully remove ALL of my information from their system, as if I've never existed. If this is possible, and you have the skills ave experience to accomplish this please bid on this. If not, I ask that you don't waste my time please. Just to ensure you have read and understood this, a hiring requirement of mine is to reply to this bid with the words "RED Umbrella" at the top. If you do not follow this, you will not be hired because that means you are unable to follow simple instructions. I appreciate it and look forward to finding someone with the skills to do this.
