Office IT & Security Installation

Our new office needs a turnkey solution that covers both the supply and the on-site installation of several systems. I will rely on you to source reliable computers and laptops, install and network them, set up a multifunction printer, and fit a CCTV suite along with a smart doorbell. Once the hardware is in place, you will handle every aspect of initial configuration so the team can start working and the premises are protected the same day. Scope of work • Procure or recommend the right desktop PCs, laptops, printer, IP cameras, NVR, and doorbell unit that suit an office environment. • Deliver, mount, wire, and power all equipment (PoE or separate adapters as appropriate). • Join the computers and printer to our existing LAN, configure shared folders, user accounts, drivers, and basic security policies. • Position and focus each camera, set up remote viewing, motion alerts, and storage schedules. • Integrate the doorbell with the CCTV app or a standalone mobile app, validate two-way audio, and test notifications. • Provide a brief handover session and documentation so staff can operate everything confidently. Acceptance criteria 1. All devices boot without errors and appear on the network with stable connectivity. 2. Printer is discoverable by all workstations and prints test pages from each. 3. CCTV footage streams live and records to the designated storage for at least 30 minutes without dropout. 4. Doorbell sends notifications to two specified smartphones and captures video on ring. 5. A one-page cheat sheet and credentials list are handed over.
