Modular Buildings Catalogue & Brochure

I am putting together a full suite of marketing collateral for our modular buildings line and need an experienced designer to own the process from concept to final files. The job covers three pieces: • A detailed product catalogue that showcases each modular building, highlighting key specifications and clearly organised pricing details • A standalone pricing catalogue for quick reference • A concise brochure that distils the main selling points for events and client leave-behinds Because we don’t have existing brand guidelines, you will develop a visual style from scratch—colour palette, typography, layout grid, image treatments—while ensuring everything feels cohesive across the three documents. Expect to handle photo placement, iconography, infographics for specs, and any copy styling needed to keep technical information clear and engaging. Deliverables must include press-ready PDFs (CMYK, 300 dpi) as well as editable source files (Adobe InDesign or a comparable professional tool). I’ll provide raw product data and photos; you bring the creative direction, layout expertise, and an eye for modular architecture. Please share relevant portfolio samples—especially catalogues or brochures with complex spec tables or pricing charts—and outline your typical timeline from initial concept to final artwork.
