Villa Construction Carpenters & Electricians

I am kicking off the construction of a premium residential villa and need a trusted team that can step in immediately for the hands-on trade work. Our in-house designers and project managers already have the structural drawings in place; what we require now is skilled manpower—specifically experienced carpenters for installations and custom furniture construction, and an equally competent electrician for all wiring and fixture work. Carpentry scope • Installations and fittings: on-site placement of doors, modular wardrobes, kitchen carcasses, skirting, and decorative panelling. • Custom furniture construction: fabrication and precise assembly of bespoke pieces (vanities, bar units, built-in shelving) that will integrate with our own factory-made modules. Electrical scope • Full first-fix and second-fix wiring, DB installation, and smart-home readiness. • Final fitting of luminaires, switches, sockets, and safety devices in coordination with the carpentry schedule. I work with strict timelines and premium quality standards, so familiarity with modern woodworking machinery, hand tools, and standard electrical codes is essential. Bring your own basic tools; I will supply all raw materials and heavy equipment. Key milestones will be signed off after walkthrough inspections for fit, finish, and load testing.
