Christmas Ornament Design Inspired by Haiku

@sahildogra222

Hello, This is not an AI bid; this is a self response. Your 3-inch Christmas ornament concept has a heartfelt visual story, and I can turn the haiku into a warm, impressionistic circular composition centered on the parents and dark-curly-haired baby while respectfully representing the diverse congregation, Nigerian geles, church setting, and subtle holiday details. I will first provide one clear rough sketch for approval, then refine the approved artwork into a clean 300dpi print-ready file with the haiku carefully placed in the bottom third for legibility. I can begin by developing the sketch and composition, with the first concept ready for review promptly. Would you prefer the final ornament delivered as a transparent-background PNG, layered PSD, or both, and do you have a specific printer’s color profile? Best regards, Sahil

This ornament brief has a lovely emotional core, and the circular composition around the baby’s point of view can be handled beautifully while keeping the congregation diverse, warm, and readable at print size. With 12 years of illustration experience creating character based, story led artwork for print, I can develop an impressionistic Christmas church scene that feels heartfelt, festive, and production ready at 300 dpi. A rough sketch can be shared first for approval, then refined into the final ornament artwork. Portfolio: https://www.freelancer.com/u/Humaumair12

@SaturnCube

Do you have a preference for how impressionistic the congregation should feel — soft and painterly, or with a bit more defined detail on the main family? Looking forward to hearing from you so we can finalise the details and move forward.

Creating an ornament design based on a haiku is a delightful project. I see the importance of capturing the warmth and diversity of the scene you described. Focusing on the mother, father, and baby, while illustrating the congregation in a way that reflects various cultures will be essential. What colors or emotions do you envision for this piece? Will there be any specific elements from the haiku that you want to emphasize in the design? In my previous projects, I've worked on illustrations that highlight family and community themes, often incorporating diverse characters in various settings. I aim for an impressionistic style that communicates feelings rather than intricate details, which seems to align with your vision. I would begin by sketching the main elements for your approval before finalizing the design, ensuring we capture the essence you want. Hello I would love to bring your mother’s meaningful haiku to life with a warm, detailed illustration fitted perfectly for a 3-inch circular ornament. Using Adobe Illustrator and Procreate, I will skillfully compose the central family and the curious baby looking back at the diverse congregation, ensuring details like the Nigerian geles stay clear and vibrant at print scale. Would you be open to sharing the haiku so I can reflect its exact tone in the initial sketches? Best regards, Giáp Văn Hưng

@NorwaneDigital

A 3” circular Christmas ornament illustrating a diverse congregation in church pews, centered on a mother, father and baby, is exactly what you need. I have created impressionistic, hand‑drawn illustrations for multicultural scenes, including a haiku‑inspired piece, and I specialize in 300 dpi print‑ready artwork. The challenge is keeping the many figures recognizable yet harmonious, especially rendering varied skin tones and subtle wood‑tone architecture without overcrowding the 3‑inch circle. I’ll iterate until the ornament captures the warm sermon moment you envision, with easy communication and revisions. Here's my previous related work according to your needs: These pieces reflect the style you described. https://www.freelancer.com/portfolio-items/11313983-hand-drawn-illustrations https://www.freelancer.com/portfolio-items/11314074-unique-cartoon-and-mascot-designs Regards, Faseeh A.
