We are searching for a full time dispatcher that will be responsible for taking inbound calls, emails, tickets and chats for our call center. You will be responsible for dispatching tickets to technicians, following up on service tickets, monitoring chat and making sure tickets are worked in a timely manner. You will also have other administrative tasks to assist our management team.
This is for a full time position. We will not hire a company or someone who is working for others so please do not apply unless you are an individual looking for a full time position.
