I have a set of hand-drawn architectural sketches that now need to live inside FreeCAD. The goal is to translate every line and dimension into a clean, editable FreeCAD (FCStd) file that I can continue refining later. Because I already work in FreeCAD for smaller parts of the project, the entire workflow and final files must remain natively in that environment—no exports from other CAD systems, please. At this stage the core task is creating the base model from my sketches; once that is rock-solid I may extend the brief to detail work such as room layouts, sections, or façade studies, so keeping the model organised with clearly named bodies and groups is essential. Deliverables • Native FreeCAD (.FCStd) file reflecting my supplied sketches with all walls, openings, and levels accurately placed • Any supporting spreadsheets or custom workbenches used for parametric elements so I can edit them later • A short note summarising key constraints, dimensions, and assumptions made during modelling I will provide the scanned sketches, reference dimensions, and any clarifications you need up front. Let me know your estimated turnaround and how you prefer to receive feedback on intermediate files.
