XML to MS SQL simple app with UI

Hi, I am experienced .NET full stack developer having 7.5+ years of experience and have already did similar functionality. I can do update the XML file to SQL server database as well I can do validation to avoid in valid data or if record doesn't exists into database and user will try to update then it will show message and if we have to return result file if there is any error. Also if you would like to do in web or window, I can do it for you and recently I did same way for Lead and if there is duplicate or existing then update. Can I check the sample xml file? Do you want window forms in .net or web based in .net? or php based in web based?

Seems a very easy requirement but I don't want to comment until I will not check the XML file and your ready database. So, I am requesting you to send me all the details so that I can investigate on it and can give you a final confirmation. Look, to be very honest, I don't want to commit anything until I am not 100% clear with the requirement. Hi, It will be achieved by designing a C# win-forms application that will have option to choose a file using windows file dialog. There will be Update button to connect with SQL Server and pass XML to process it. Proper error handling and logging will be implemented. OPENXML will be used to parse input xml in SQL Server. I have 10 years experience in development and worked on many C# win-forms applications with SQL Server as back-end. Involve in designing databases, Indexing Strategies, table partitioning, writing Stored Procedures, Triggers, functions and views. Thanks

I can create simple GUI app that will allow you to select XML file (using standard File Open dialogue) and click Update button to insert/update information into MS SQL database). All I need to start is XML sample and your database schema. Thanks. Roman

seems like a super-quick to do work, I can make a minimal UI with Python (using MS-SQL module, easy) you can run it in Windows with no pain! I suppose you have INSERT/UPDATE commands already configured for your XML data and corresponding DB ?

Hello Sir, For this we can do like provide a UI to upload a XMl file on uploading file user can review the by clicking grid which will filled immediately after upload process and once he/she reviewed the data, user can finally update the data by clicking on Update button, which stores data into server by using command you have. Below are the process I am thinking about. 1) On uploading file I will store it on server and returns all data in JSON format which bind user side grid. 2) User can review the data and initiate update process. 3) On success all controls reset to normal Many Thanks, Nirmal
