I need a rock, scissors, paper game with 1 server, 2 clients using sockets.

Server host the app, clients (only 2) sends the information to server. Server manages game statistics, each won match earns 15 points plus a 10 bonus if two in a row.

Client must have one button for each play option, 1 for abandon the match and rules button, button must be hided until server listens and clients are ready to play. Server must decide with a random option, which player starts. Must use sockets and windows forms
