WPF - Creating custom shapes on grid and drag & drop items / shapes from collection

Witam, potrzebuję oprogramowania / kontrolki, którą można użyć w WPF .NET framework 4.7.x / 4.8.x+ która będzie przypominała wyglądem kontrolkę 'Diagram' z DevExpress, czyli grid z siatką, zoom, lista z kształtami, które mają swój rozmiar, kolor tła, obrazek tła, nazwę, dodatkowe inne customowe dane. Te kształty z listy można przeciągnąć na grida, można je grupować, zmienić ich rozmiar, rotację, tekst wewnątrz nich itd. Dodatkowo żeby była opcja tworzenia kształtu / konteneru / grupy od punktu do punktu, czyli klikam w jednym miejscu, klikam w innym miejscu i rysuje mi linię, potem w kolejnym i po kliknięciu na punkt początkowy, tworzy mi kształt (czy to kwadrat, rąb itd.), który będzie customowym kształtem, któremu można zmienić kolor tła, cały rozmiar, zmienić położenie danego punktu itd. Dodatkowo podczas rysowania linii, byłaby opcja (np. we właściwościach ustawiona jako true/false) która wyświetla mi rozmiar linii w danej jednostce np w metrach, gdzie siatka była by w rozmiarach co X cm/m np 0.00m, 0.05m, 0.10m, 0.15m lub 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m itd. Coś takiego co jest na nagraniu oraz na zdjęciu. PS. Na priv prosze pytać o rzeczy dodatkowe, które nie są wiadome z opisu. PS2. Opcjonalnie mogę kupić taką gotową kontrolkę, którą można modyfikować z poziomu kodu. PS3.
