Upload documents to Azure storage

We need a site build in ASP.NET core that will allow user to register and upload documents in the Azure storage account respectively. The key pages of the site are:
Registration Page
Login Page
Forget Password page
Upload document to the respective storage account
Notification of user action -> Document upload/delete/login
User Activity record in SQL DB
Search on user details
The design of the site will be modular, device agnostic and have swagger definition.
Authentication/Authorization will be done by Azure AD. There will be no admin page and reporting.
User data will reside in Azure SQL and documents will be in storage blob.
We will provide the UI design templates.
