I need to demo a software (POC) for WinForms connected to local DB -- 2

For the POC is for LAB tester written in C# all test tests are written in python ( not for the POC)
we need create a basic UI (save/edit/delete) and store in DB , requirements are in the excel
The main tasks are :
1. create local DB , I will send the SQL scripts later
