Tech to use:
1. Asp.net mvc 5

5. PDF writer - ABCPDF or similar.
How the system Works:
1. MultiOrg admin can add Customers/company and how many users that Customer has and what modules the Customer can use
2. When multiorg admin has added a Customer and added a admin the admin will get login cridentials and can login to add users and set the users roles (based on what they can see and allowed to do)
3. The MultiOrg customers can add their customers and start logging tasks, addind Projects, adding tickets, invoicing, tracking hrs on Projects.
Demo on DB setup will be Applied. Designs are just for explanation and how we want the look. Fields etc. is not added and that need to be redone. Like uploading files should be drag and drop functions.
Very important that the Company giving a price on this Project has done CRM systems before and understand the basics around this.
Info on the different modules:
Companies -> This means customers and is the MutliOrg users customers (This need to be changed to customers and not Companies since it can be Companies or individuals)
Taskt -> This is MEMO field and need to be changed to "MEMO" name. Here user can logg everything from e-mail inn to phone Call etc.
Projects -> Here users can add Projects and to-do's under each Project
Tickets -> This is to have a look at tickets that has been added to this Customer. Tickets are more from user to Customer and back. Todo's is more internat from user to another user (like from a TL to a designer or to a programmer)
Time tracker -> here users can go in and track it's time used on a task, todo or similar.
Invoices -> Here user can add a Product that will be added to NeXT invoice and set if it is a recurring invoice or not and also can add a Reference to a file (like a contract or similar)
Important that it is possible to invoice by e-mail (pdf) -> print Out or EHF . And this need to be set in Customer (what kind of invoicing he wants).
Dashboard -> Here you get up all info you want. This need to be made like a widget system so can add more functions to it later. First it is importnat to only get info on tickets that has been sent back to you and todo's that is set to you (this is littile bit like jira, but a very easy way) and events
Under Company profile you can edit the Companies profile (logo on invoices, address etc.)
Users -> Here you manage Your users
Calendar -> here you can see events you have set up for you on customers and also see deadlines you have set on different todo's
Reports -> this is invoicing reports
Import/export -> need a good way to import Customer and also to export customers and invoices
Resources -> This will be more like where you can get information on how to set up Things. Like a FAQ
Leave days -> This is where a user can register an absent day and need to add information on why and also ability to upload file if he has some documentation like from a doctor
