Fix bug: C Sharp Data Table Manipulation -- 2

I have two data table objects with a column of strings and a column of doubles. I need to find the difference between the column of doubles for each item in the string column. Not all elements are in left and right so Im thinking a full out join query is necessary but not sure how to get it working. Have working code but incorrect result.
