Encrypt/decrypt capicom.dll strings or reg-free solution for asp.net website -- 2

Hi, We need someone to develop the above for a .Net website which needs to use a Win32 component called capicom.dll. The site will be hosted with a provider and so we can't get the host to register the dll with the usual command regsvr32. We see 2 options the coder can explore: * Either come up with a way to use capicom in our .net website without having to register capicom on the server. It would need then to be possible to use the newly created file like any .Net assembly in a .net website project, or * A .Net compatible way to encrypt/decrypt strings that were encrypted/decrypted with capicom. Our website receives encrypted strings from VB6 apps we have out there. We can't modify these apps so the solution needs to be with the server hosting our site. Create a Windows app with 2 sets of controls: 3 boxes and a button to encrypt and another 3 boxes and a button to decrypt. What we've tried (see Files folder in project attached): * There is a files folder that has a manifest we created using regsvr42 (see link above) * We tried the solution in the last link that talks about COMFileReference in the project file. The app compiles but does not encrypt/decrypt. Maybe its not the way to go. * Maybe using [login to view URL] works but we've not tested it fully. * We've also tried various sites that offer encryption/decryption of strings to see if they work using capicom strings but to no avail.
