Email Verifier Script to detect bounces without emailing in c#

The email verifier script will check the deliverability of the email addresses using the SMTPs already in the software. There is a process that some people call hook wink where emails are sent to the email Service provider only to obtain knowledge of whether the email will bounce. So the email is not delivered to the recipient. The script just obtains the feedback from the recipients email service provider if the email address is still in existence. If the recipient is OVER QUOTA or a HARD Bounce ( No longer active mailbox) the feedback updates the SQLite database and flags the data row. We already have the Emailer and smtp's. We are just looking for coders that are familiar with email verifier sending scripts. Some of our corporate customers have not emailed their lists in a while and with so many people out of work that many emails are bad now and the bounces are hurting their IP reputation. So they are looking for a way to verify the deliverability without emailing. REGEX is already done on the email addresses when entered into the database to make sure the email address conforms to proper specs. This project is actually verifying deliverability without sending and getting bounces.
