Trading UserInterface

I would like to have a trading front end application from where user can create / start / stop strategies as well as get the trade history and order history from the backend.
The backend is already written in C/C++ and is working well.
I will provide all the messages that needs to be exchanged between frontend and backend.
Code should be preferable in C#.
Supported Functionalities:
1- User Login
2- Creating Strategy and sending it to Backend over TCP IP
3- Changing Parameters of Strategies and Sending the parameters to backend over TCP IP
4- Stopping the strategies
5- Monitoring the Traded and Modified Orders
6- The UI should be as light as possible with faster response.
7- There should not be any Database related functionality as database will be SQLITE managed at backend and communication will happen over TCP IP
Any previous work samples will be appreciated and in future could be part of development team as well. Need the user interface as soon as possible !!
