Build me an application: Game Shop on Visual Studio 2015

Deadline is in four days!!! I will require the project be completed on Visual Studio community 2015, as I am more proficient on that. I have a budget of $100 for this project. I want to create an application for a store that sells new and used games. I have provided the data necessary for this application is provided in the [login to view URL] file in the attachment below The file contains one record per game, showing the information in this order: • game id • platform (2 characters): PC, PS (PlayStation), XB (X Box), NS (Nintendo Swift) • rating: e.g. R18, PG, M (mature), G (general) • type (1 character): N for New and U for Used (pre-owned) • quantity • price • title of the game (e.g. LEGO Batman: DC Super Heroes) For this application, the user needs to be able to select one of the four platforms e.g. PS (PlayStation), XB (X Box), and the type of the game (new or used), after which the titles of all games for the selected platform and type are shown. The user can then select the games he/she wants to buy, one by one. After each selected title, the form should display the price, and the rating. Assuming that the user will only buy a single copy of each game. When the user clicks the Buy Now button, show a message to say that the purchase was successful. Make sure to update the information in the file after the purchase.
