Very simple, C#, standalone Win32 app, that lets the user generate a key string for each calendar month.
Based on a trivial MD5 digest of the month and a simple private key string.
Also want you to come up with an icon for it.
Please see attached doc for fuller spec.
False, True.
The hash is generated based on the plaintext input but does not contain any information, as the MD5 hash is one way only. The cipher can be decrypted back into the plaintext if the algorithm is known and therefore can be considered as containing the in
information from the plain text.
As for the task itself, it's quite simple and sraight forward, much simplier then what I do usually.
As for the bid, I am going for the low bid as I am new on freelancer and am trying to generate reputation first.
True is the answer. Both contain all the information about the input text but it's not in a format readable by a human or computer without the proper mechanism to decrypt it.
Now about the work it can be done very fast and it will meet all of your needs.
Hello.
MD5 is fine but use SHA-1 if possible. Chances for collisions in MD5 are higher.
Hash contains less information than its plain text input. It cannot be read back.
Cipher contains all the information from its plain text input. It can be read back by decrypting it.
I've experience in securing applications by implementing key based authentication.
I would like to work on this project.
Thank You.
We are experts in .NET technology, unfortunately at our profile we have no feedbacks for C#, it is because we were keep silence at Freelancer.com site during some time, since we have a lot of work from the outside, but now our company starts growing and we are looking for new projects.
We will be glad to do it for you-100% successful result guaranteed!
